We got a 2nd floor locker and it was very easy to access; dollies available at the door - some double; freight elevator and smaller elevator in the building I was in. They have something similar I would imagine in each of the other buildings.“

Update:
If I could give 6 stars, I would. We just had movers pick up our household goods to bring to us in Florida. Since we are in Florida and not present there we needed help there. Rick, Ninni and their people made everything go well when the movers came to load our stuff. Not one problem.
